How does the free intro call work?
It's 20 minutes via Zoom or Google Meet. We discuss where you're stuck, what kind of support would help most, and whether we're a good fit. No pitch, no pressure. You'll leave with at least one useful insight regardless.
How many clients do you take on?
Maximum 5–6 active clients at any time. This is intentional — it means every client gets genuine attention, not a templated service. If I'm at capacity, I'll be upfront about it and can add you to a waitlist.
Do you work with businesses outside Singapore?
Yes. Most work is done remotely via video calls. I'm based in Singapore and primarily serve Singapore-based businesses, but I work with founders globally, particularly those in the Asia-Pacific region.
What size business is a good fit?
SMBs and early-stage startups with 1–30 people. You don't need to be profitable or "ready" — you just need to be serious about building something more structured.
How quickly can we start?
A Clarity Session can usually be booked within the same week. For Operations Reset and Retainer engagements, we start with an intro call first, then typically begin within 1–2 weeks.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Clarity Sessions: no commitment. Operations Reset: one-time project. The Founder's Right Hand retainer has a minimum 3-month commitment so we have time to build real momentum together.
